Conflict Resolution Rules
The rules that structure how conflicts are resolved and disputes are mediated. The Compliance Council is responsible for creating and administering a robust, low-cost conflict resolution system for the Telcoin Association.
Background
Given the global set of miners possessing highly differentiated interests and preferences over the Telcoin Platform, a globally accessible system that generates TEL units and fees, which are both highly valued and rivalrous in consumption, disputes between Miners, Council Members, and any combination are inevitable.

Authority over Conflict-Resolution Policies
The Compliance Council possesses autonomous authority to alter the conflict resolution processes and rules at any time using the CCIP process.
