  • Miner Councils: Compliance Council, all Miner Councils. TAO, prospective position-holders (e.g. Developers, Validators, Council Members)
  • Authority: The CCIP process may be used by the Compliance Council to
    • Veto: Veto Miner Council improvement proposals,
    • Authorizations: Authorize new participants into positions of authority on the Telcoin Platform and within its governance system
    • Conflict Resolution and Authorizations Process Development: Introduce and improve conflict resolution and authorizations processes. Each proposal type differs in terms of procedural requirements.
  • Voting Rules: Compliance Council votes using their snapshot channel.
